How Can severe Bipolar Disorder Along With Anger Be Treated?

Hello, I think I might be Bi Polar. I want to sleep all the time. I am having problems falling asleep. I get easily iritated. I also get very angry and feel very violent. I feel like punching inanament objects. I want to beet people up. I also cry at different times. I have also been diagnosed with G.A.D. 16 years ago. I am currently unemployed. Been looking for work for 6 months​. My self esteem is low. I feel rejected. I can have fits of anger at anytime. My relationships are suffering. Could I have a certain type of Bi Polarism. hello there, I have read your symptoms thoroughly. The symptoms you have mentioned can be seen in two kind of disorders. First is personality disorder which is more likely in your case. We all are born with some or other kind of personalities. Getting angry, feel violent, punching, beating people can be sign of personality disorder. There isn't any drug of choice for personality however you can be prescribed tab valproate to reduce your anger. Psychotherapy also help in persons with personality disorders. They are more prone to get depressive episodes which is there in your case. However bipolar disorder appears less likely in your case. I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist and start on treatment. All the best
